Meet our Β£500 Researcher Prize winner of November! πŸ†

Sparrho awards Β£500 to PhD students and postdocs to attend an academic conference of their choice. Today we introduce November's winner for Sparrho Early Career Researcher Prize - congratulations to Sahba Mobini!

Sahba Mobini - 800x800Congrats to Sahba Mobini from The Spanish Research Council (CSIC) who will receive our Β£500 travel prize to present at the TERMIS-EU 2020 conference in Manchester, United Kingdom. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Sahba is a Marie Curie Postdoc who focuses on tissue engineering and neural regeneration. She won our prize with her superb pinboard submission:

"Electrical stimulation might help recovery after Stroke".

Similar to our previous two winners, Sahba was once a shortlisted candidate who decided to re-apply after tweaking her pinboard. How did she do it? Well, it's very simple: she convinced our jury with her great pinboard summary! πŸŽ©πŸ‘

She has also collaborated with our editorial team on one of our recent 3-min Digest: "Electrical impulses boost the brain’s self-repair mode".

Are you a PhD or postdoc keen to share your research at a conference? Learn more about the Β£500 Sparrho Researcher Prize.
